After your purchase

After checkout, you’ll receive a quick email with a link to our Reprint Verification Form.

The form will ask for:
• Your name and email address
• Keepsake Code
• Original purchaser name (optional)
• Original Shopify Order # (optional)
• Permission to request the reprint
• Additional notes (optional)

💡 Your Keepsake Code is the most important detail. It can be found on the original Voice Keepsake or in the original Voice Keepsake emails.

If you’re not the original purchaser, you may need to ask them for the Keepsake Code or original order information to help us locate the keepsake.

Once confirmed, we’ll recreate your keepsake to match your original—simple and seamless.

What’s included

Optional add-ons
• Premium Gift Ready Packaging (+$9)
