Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each keepsake is made just for you, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges once production begins.
But if something isn’t right—like damage, a defect, or a mistake on our end—we’ll make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
Every keepsake is created from the photo you provide, so final results depend on the quality and composition of that image. If something doesn’t look like it will work, we’ll reach out before production to help you choose the best option.
When will I get my order?
Because every keepsake is handcrafted to order, we work quickly to create and ship your order as soon as possible.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days (or sooner). Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information and further delivery details once your order is on the way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each keepsake is made to order with care and attention to detail.
From preparing your design to final packaging, everything is handled by us to make sure it turns out just right before it arrives to you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping of $6 on all orders.
Orders over $60 ship free.
Your keepsake will be carefully packaged and delivered ready to enjoy. You’ll always see the total shipping cost before placing your order.
How do Voice Keepsakes work?
Each Voice Keepsake includes a personalized QR code that links to a private watch page where your video or voice message can be viewed anytime by scanning the QR code with a smartphone camera.
How do I upload my photos or recordings?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with upload instructions and a secure link to submit your photos, videos, or voice recordings.
Can I order multiple keepsakes in one order?
Yes. If your order includes multiple keepsakes, you may receive separate upload emails for each keepsake so everything stays organized for every individual piece.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?
Products placed together in the same order will be shipped to the same delivery address. If you would like keepsakes sent to different recipients or addresses, please place a separate order for each shipment.
What can I use a Voice Keepsake for?
Voice Keepsakes are commonly used for birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, weddings, grandparents, family gifts, and meaningful everyday moments.
Can I use my own language or voice recording?
Yes. Voice Keepsakes can include personal voice messages, videos, songs, greetings, and recordings in any language.
Many families use Voice Keepsakes to preserve meaningful moments, family traditions, and messages from loved ones in the language that feels most personal to them.
Can I share the keepsake with family and friends?
Yes. Voice Keepsakes can be shared with family and loved ones anywhere in the United States or internationally.
Anyone with access to the QR code or personalized watch page link can view and experience the keepsake from their smartphone or device.
Will the QR code stop working?
Your keepsake includes a personalized QR code designed for simple, reliable everyday access using most smartphone cameras.
How do I scan the QR code?
No app is needed. Most smartphones can scan the QR code directly using the built-in camera app.
iPhone: If QR scanning is not working, go to Settings → Camera and make sure Scan QR Codes is turned on. Then open the Camera app and point it at the QR code.
Android: Open the Camera app or QR Scanner and point it at the QR code. Some Android devices may require QR scanning to be enabled in the camera settings.
If the QR code is not detected right away, try moving your phone slightly closer or farther away and make sure the QR code is in good lighting and fully visible.
Tap the link that appears on the screen to open your keepsake.
What happens if I need help with my order?

Are the magnets durable?
Yes. Our keepsakes are designed for everyday display and made using quality materials intended to last and be enjoyed for years to come.
Will my keepsake look exactly like the preview photos?
Because every keepsake is handcrafted and personalized, slight variations in placement, cropping, or packaging may occur from order to order.
What photo quality works best?
For the best results, we recommend uploading clear, high-quality photos with good lighting and minimal blur.
Avoid heavily cropped images, screenshots, or photos that appear blurry or pixelated, as lower-quality images may affect the final print quality of your keepsake.
Can I reorder additional magnets later?
Yes. Reprints and additional keepsakes may be ordered later depending on the product type and available files.
What if I made a mistake with my upload?
Contact us as soon as possible at orders@LemonMadeMemories.com. We’ll do our best to help before production begins.
Are the videos public?
No. Voice Keepsake videos are not publicly searchable and are only accessible through the personalized keepsake link or QR code.
Can I use copyrighted music or videos?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any music, videos, or content submitted with their keepsake.
Some copyrighted materials may be muted, restricted, or removed by third-party platforms.
What type of content can be used for a Voice Keepsake?
Please make sure all uploaded photos, videos, voice recordings, and messages are appropriate for sharing and that you feel comfortable including them in your keepsake experience.
Voice Keepsakes may be viewed by anyone with access to the QR code or keepsake link.
To help maintain a safe and family-friendly experience, we may request replacement content or decline submissions that may be inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or unsuitable for our platform.
Can I personalize the watch page title?
Yes. Every Voice Keepsake includes a personalized watch page title that can include names, special messages, occasions, or short phrases such as “Happy Birthday Grandma 💛” or “We Love You Mom.”
After checkout, you may reply to your Upload Email with your preferred watch page title. If no custom title is provided, a default title will automatically be used for your keepsake.
How will I receive my Voice Keepsake?
Your handcrafted QR magnet will be shipped directly to you in the mail.
Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment email that includes your personalized keepsake watch page link so you can begin viewing and sharing your keepsake digitally.
If you are unable to access the watch page link, a direct video backup link will also be included in your shipment email for additional viewing access.
Can I order additional keepsakes later?
Yes. Additional keepsakes or reprints may be available depending on the product type and your original order files.
What happens after I place my order?
After checkout, you’ll receive an upload email with instructions for submitting your photos, videos, or recordings.
Once your files are received, we’ll begin handcrafting your keepsake and send tracking information once your order ships.
Can I send a Voice Keepsake as a gift?
Yes. Voice Keepsakes are designed to make meaningful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, grandparents, memorials, holidays, and special moments.
Do I own the rights to the content I upload?
By submitting photos, videos, music, or recordings, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and share it as part of your keepsake
Who can view my Voice Keepsake?
Anyone with access to the QR code or personalized keepsake link may be able to view the keepsake. Please only upload content you feel comfortable sharing with family and loved ones.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What happens if my upload is incomplete or missing?
If we’re missing anything needed for your order, we’ll reach out before production begins.
Your keepsake won’t move forward until everything is ready, so there may be a delay if we’re waiting on files.
Can my order be canceled after production begins?
Because each keepsake is made just for you, cancellations are not possible once production has started.
If you need to make a change, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
What happens if a package is delayed during shipping?
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed due to carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or destination location.
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived as expected, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help track it down.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or resolving it as quickly as possible.
What happens if I cannot access my keepsake link?
Shipment emails include both the personalized watch page link and a direct video backup link for additional viewing access.
Why might my photos be cropped or adjusted?
To ensure your keepsake fits our format, photos may be slightly cropped or adjusted during the design process.
We always aim to preserve the most important parts of your image so it looks its best in the final design.
Can all uploaded photos be used?
Most photos work great, but for the best results we recommend using clear, high-quality images.
If a photo is too low quality, damaged, or doesn’t fit the format well, we’ll reach out before production to help you choose the best option.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We may not be able to make changes once an order has entered production or shipment processing.
Will Voice Keepsakes work on all devices?
Voice Keepsakes are designed to work on most modern smartphones, tablets, and web browsers. Viewing experience may vary slightly depending on device or internet connection.
Is internet access required to view a Voice Keepsake?
Yes. An internet connection is required to access personalized watch pages and video content.
Are colors and images guaranteed to appear exactly the same?
Printed colors and image appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting, screen settings, and materials.

Are there any content restrictions for Keepsake Products?
