🍋 How Voice Keepsakes Work
You may already have everything you need. 💛
Turn a memory you already have into something you can see and hear. Use a favorite photo with a saved voicemail, voice recording, video message, or favorite video — or create something new just for them.
With our Voice Keepsake Magnet, a simple scan of the QR code brings your memory to life — whether it's a laugh, a story, or a heartfelt "I love you."
Display it on your refrigerator, locker, filing cabinet, or any magnetic surface and revisit your memory with a simple scan.
More than a QR code, Voice Keepsake creates a private keepsake watch page for your memory — a clean, simple viewing experience designed just for your moment.
No apps, no distractions, no searching through links. Just scan and your message plays instantly on your personal watch page, exactly as it was meant to be seen and heard.
How it works
1. Place your order
2. We'll email you a private upload link
3. Upload your photo, personal audio or video message, optional memory video, and optional Watch Page title when you're ready
4. We create your custom Voice Keepsake magnet and personal Watch Page
5. Scan your keepsake to watch and hear your memories anytime
What We'll Need From You
Creating your Voice Keepsake is simple. We'll need 4 things:
✔ 1 Photo — choose a favorite photo you already have
✔ 1 Personal Message (Audio or Video) — use a saved voicemail, voice recording, or video message — or record something new you want them to hear
✔ 1 Memory Video (Optional) — choose a favorite video you already have — or create something new to make your keepsake even more meaningful
✔ 1 Watch Page Title — give your memory a meaningful title
💛 For the smoothest playback experience, keep the combined personal message and memory video to about 5 minutes total playback.
Examples:
• Happy Birthday Grandma
• We Love You Grandma & Grandpa
• Happy Father's Day

📸 Photo Requirements (Please Read)
Your keepsake is designed in a horizontal 3×2 format.
To ensure your photo fits and looks its best:
• Choose a horizontal (wide) photo when possible
• Or use a photo with a little space around people (not zoomed in too close)
• Keep faces away from the edges
• Use a clear, high-quality image (not blurry or zoomed in)
🚫 Photos that may not work:
• Close-up selfies or tightly zoomed-in faces
• Images where heads or people are near the edges
If a photo does not fit the 3×2 format, we'll reach out to help you choose the best option before production.
We personally review every photo before production. If anything looks off, we'll reach out to make sure your keepsake turns out just right.
💡 No need to overthink it—we'll take care of the rest and make sure it looks great.
Recording Something New? Here Are a Few Tips
To make sure your keepsake looks and plays perfectly, here are a few quick tips:
• Hold your phone upright (portrait mode) — videos recorded sideways may not display correctly
• Keep your phone steady — a quick pause before and after speaking helps
• Record in a quiet space — clear audio makes all the difference
• Keep it simple and heartfelt — natural messages always feel the most meaningful
💡 No need to be perfect—we'll take care of the rest.
After your purchase
After checkout, you'll receive an email with your private upload link to submit your files.
Production begins as soon as all your files are received and ready.
You'll also receive a link to view and share your keepsake once it's ready.
